These people met up with another vehicle in what looked like a drug deal (caught my attn), then watched them put three quarts of oil in vehicle then kick them underneath.

While passing me on highway along a river driver almost caused a head on collision with an on coming motorcyclist. Less than 1/2 mile away there was a designated passing lane.
