This driver gave no fuck to managing the turn signal.
I thought the right signal was on. But it turned out the hazard light was on all the time. The tail left signal was out.

Caught driver rushing by in front of a school.
Easily going 50+ miles per hr.
Obviously unsafe was going fast enough for my car to sway from the rush of wind it created!!!!
