he tailgated us and then cut us off almost hitting our right fender. he proceeded to push his vehicle in front of ours with full intention of hitting us. he waited for us at the red light to flip us off and curse at us.

This guy almost ran me over in a crosswalk on 12th Ave S & Weller St on 11/29 @ 3:30pm while I had the right away to cross. He didn't see me, or make eye contact at any point and would've hit me if I hadn't jumped back.
I know the sun sets in a horrible spot at this intersection, but look the f@#! out for pedestrians dude!!

Driver did U-turn on busy street almost directly into pedestrian walkway. Near full collision. Was lucky to get away. Should be arrested for recklessness.
