the car caught on fire in the parking lot of the movie theater. we saw it smoke up, waited for the firemen to come, they put it out. a few hours later we come back and the cars still there, nothing done to it. the rags you see on the photo were pulled out by the firemen. its probably what caught the car on fire

This car was driven by a white Male, approx age 40, wearing dark rimmed glasses, through the 4th Ave/ Jackson intersection on Friday October 26, 2018 at approx 8am. I could not see him out of my periphery and he tried to shoot around me on the left in slow moving traffic as a large service vehicle was leaving a driveway. I have a dashcam and will upload the incident later. His horn blasted for 15 to 20 seconds because I moved one lane to the left in order to get around the van. The sound of the horn triggered a damaged nerve in my ear, causing my eyes to water with pain with in turn made me slow down. We made it through the intersection and his horn was still blasting needlessly until he cut me off in front with less than a foot of clearance. I almost jumped out of the car and broke his side mirror but my coworker calmed me down.

Just want to say kudos to ATP5294 in Tucson. If everyone could be so courteous, we'd get through this Ina Road project sooner and happier.
