The Driver of the 2005 FORD Freestar is on clear violation of RCW 46.61.100 KEEP RIGHT EXCEPT WHEN PASSING.
This occurred on South Washingon State Highway 3 from Bremerton, Washington down to just north of Washington State Highway 16.
For this is a reason why one of the Washingon State Lawmakers wants to stiffen Fines for RCW 46.61.100.

This driver was hauling ass from big spring all the way passed where I live in Loraine Tx. The driver was acting like a damn race car driver. Almost ran me off the road cause it jumped in front of me to squeeze by. I honked and then the driver hit the brakes and almost made me rear end them. I followed this car for about 60 miles. I think I scared the driver, cause they wouldn't let me get close to them. I'm pretty sure they knew who I was. (The person they pissed off)

This vehicle was weaving thru traffic honking at people and giving them the finger, I hope they were rushing home cause their dog died and on the way home they run over one of their kids who also dies later that day.
