Despite having an empty lane to pass me, the driver decided to recklessly swerve in front of my car, forcing me to slam on the brakes in order to avoid collision. The driver then proceeded to flip the middle finger despite the fact that she undoubtedly created the dangerous situation. Driver continued driving sporadically, switching lanes and accelerating/braking despite that there were only a handful of other cars on the road at the time. Driver appeared to be sweating profusely, with peculiar facial expression when observed at the next red light, possibly under influence of drugs. Driver then turned into Royal Farms on Beaver Dam Rd in Cockeysville, presumably to refuel to continue her reckless and obnoxious driving.
