They were also weaving through traffic at high speeds, ignoring safe following distances and making sudden lane changes without signaling.
This behavior significantly increased the risk of an accident and endangered other drivers, cyclists, and pedestrians in the area. It appeared reckless and completely inconsiderate of public safety.
