Horrible driver loves to brake 1/2 mile before everyone starts braking. And worse she blocked many motorcyclists from splitting lanes which is totally legal in CA. They all were angry at her.

This guy was tailing so badly that I couldn't see the front end of his car. Male with ball cap backwards. I was doing 48 in a 40. He was flipping me off and motioning to get out of his way. There was a car next to me. Called 911 for aggressive driving and harassement.

DB9775 is a 2017 Toyota Highlander with a driver that cuts people off and brake checks after he cuts you off and thinks you’re too close. He also cuts in front of lines and apparently has not optioned cruise control.
