As a lady was trying to turn left he came around a corner and passed her on the left causing the lady and the person behind her to slam their brakes on an almost get into an accident. This is one of those types of people that have never worried about other people's safety in their life. Truly a danger and I'm pretty sure he'll end up killing someone at one point in time with the way he drives. And he's about 30 it's not like a kid

You don't have a right to dictate what someone can and can't take photos of in a public space. If you're too much of a snowflake to comprehend that people have such rights, then just stay at home and watch reruns of Murder She Wrote or Matlock.
