This driver is unsafe, anxious and doesn't follow any rules and endangers people. He speeds around the left as you are turning right to get ahead of us. He's erratic when he changes lanes and continuslly attempts to go around drivers in spaces that are not lanes, at stop signs and just about anywhere causing other drives to swerve away. The registration is also expired by 2 months. It's 1/15/17 and his tags are 11/16.

This driver whom she thought she was fast and the furious, was driving under the influence of alcohol in the city of CULVER CITY(be aware)!!! she drives a black Mitsubishi Lancer Evoluation.

Pulled out of lane, drove illegally in bus lane, and cut back into original lane after skipping traffic. I have video if anyone wants it.
