The driver of this GS350 is reckless. He runs red lights all the time, one time he almost hit a an old lady pedestrian. He usually appears at Woodbury Towncenter in Irvine, watch out for his car as he also has illegal license plate covers. Irvine PD, if you see this guy please approach him and cite him!

This man cut into my lane without signaling and almost caused an accident. I honked, and he started making gestures at me in his side rear view mirror. Very upset at me, and very rude.
