Update to previous comment:
I might have gotten the last 3 numbers of the license plate wrong, and I think I had the model of the SUV wrong, it looked more like a GMC Terrain. I guess I need a dash cam, I tend to forget minor details when fending for my life...
Though I do remember the driver was white, completely bald & wearing glasses, he looked to be older, maybe 60's or 70's. Hopefully I never encounter this disgrace of a human again, I feel sorry for any others who do.
