This guy was middle eastern with long crimped hair past his shoulders. About 6ft tall wearing a blue flannel sweater and jeans. Parked across the street from my house in a red zone got out to smoke a cigarette looked at the houses across the street took a panoramic photo of the the houses surrounding. Stood there for about another 10 minutes. Looked very suspicious. Like he was scoping out the properties to rob them. He looked very shady. Had some facial hair like a go-t.

Crazy driver passing in the double yellow. Caused a spin out and fled the scene.

Crazy driver, needs to be off the road. Endangers all other drivers, reckless, and generally rude.

I was splitting lanes on my motorcycle, about 25 miles an hour, traffic stopped. Just as approached to pass she turned her car and blocked center of lane. I hit brakes hard and fell over as I came to a stop. Blocking both lanes on an overpass, I wanted to get of the road. She was freaking out and very unhelpful. She gave me her phone number and I told her I thougt it was insignificant damage. After she left, from then on she denied ever being there because my bike was the only one damaged. Turned out to be $2500 worth. Had to facebook stock her to get a photo of her and her car. Basicly know everything about her now.
