This license plate was not on a Toy RAV4
It was on a new small sporty white car with suspicious hispanic driver. Woman in passenger seat eating ice cream from subzero.

It was on a new small sporty white car with suspicious hispanic driver. Woman in passenger seat eating ice cream from subzero.
I was driving safely and this car decided to go into a turn only lane to then get to the end of the turning lane and cut right into my lane almost and almost totaled my car. Literally if I didn’t slam my brakes at the last second I wouldn’t have a car right now. They then proceeded to slam their brakes on me when I tried to get a picture of their license plate.
