This halfwit decided to try to change lanes into me with out a turn signal and then has the nerve to flip me off when he runs me out of my lane. everyone else saw the emergency vehicle on the side of the road and was able to move over except him, then at the last minute he expects everyone to yeild to his stupidness.

The owner of this plate put the life of me and my daughter in dangers today at Hiatus Road, He, because i could see, was a He even pulls his finger notice that he really doesn't care to be running like crazy in the streets

So this guy thinks it's cool to do a U-Turn with on coming traffic from the opposite direction. To make matters even better he feels driving 10 under the speed limit while impeding traffic is acceptable after illegal actions.
