That white car is so loud with his mods thinking he is so cool and it scared our kids. The owner needs to stop modifying his car and put a less noiser exhaust on the car and his cars suspension is all messed up (it sits on the ground) because he drives so erratically! People like this need to be taken off the road.

Cut off so many people and speeds and a guy pulled him over and called the cops on him and that guy who pulled him over yelled at him on the sideway
