Had an encounter with this pissy piece of work 9/10/2016 11 PM. Road rage, tried to run me off the road at least once. Same black Nissan as in this Police report from 2 years ago:

officers' arrival, female left in 2013 black Nissan Ultima
(MA PC 2NC471), heading down Essex Street towards Melrose.
All units advised. Registered owner of vehicle out of Lynn.

This person is absolutely the worst pig alive. An entire night, they have their alarm going off in a residential neighborhood. made a dozen phone calls to 911and nothing. I wish him the worst possible death life has the offer

Drove though a residential bus stop intersection at 7:30AM doing 50 in a 20MPh zone nearly hitting a parent. Came back around (street is a Cul D Sac) 5 min later, tried to get young male to slow down. Would not. He yelled curses at the parents (and Children) standing at the bus stop. and sped off at very high rate of speed.

This middle aged woman holds up various note cards to a driver behind her who is talking on a phone to tell them that doing so is illegal. Apparently, it is illegal to talk while driving if not on a hands free device as of this past January. This however is not enforced like texting and driving. This woman is driving to the same effect or worse- driving with one hand while holding a card up in the other and checking her rear view mirror to see if the driver is reading her card so that she can hold up the next card. She is distracting drivers while being unsafe herself. Looks like Elizabeth Warren with brown hair.
