Parked right up front in handicap parking, and when confronted, he proclaimed that he can "do whatever the F)(* I like."

This person is absolutely the worst pig alive. An entire night, they have their alarm going off in a residential neighborhood. made a dozen phone calls to 911and nothing. I wish him the worst possible death life has the offer

Drove though a residential bus stop intersection at 7:30AM doing 50 in a 20MPh zone nearly hitting a parent. Came back around (street is a Cul D Sac) 5 min later, tried to get young male to slow down. Would not. He yelled curses at the parents (and Children) standing at the bus stop. and sped off at very high rate of speed.
