Parked right up front in handicap parking, and when confronted, he proclaimed that he can "do whatever the F)(* I like."

This driver didn't even stop at the stop sign and almost caused an accident. Windows were tinted so I couldn't tell if phone use was involved. Please take away their drivers license.
