This middle aged woman holds up various note cards to a driver behind her who is talking on a phone to tell them that doing so is illegal. Apparently, it is illegal to talk while driving if not on a hands free device as of this past January. This however is not enforced like texting and driving. This woman is driving to the same effect or worse- driving with one hand while holding a card up in the other and checking her rear view mirror to see if the driver is reading her card so that she can hold up the next card. She is distracting drivers while being unsafe herself. Looks like Elizabeth Warren with brown hair.

Watch out!! This driver had no problem driving down the road at over 70 mph texting in her teal covered iPhone !

Drunk Driver, every day. Beware.
I dont have a pic, but its a black Honda civic and her car is loaded up with liquor bags and has throwup down the side of the door. I see her in Norwood MA a ton.
