This driver didn't even stop at the stop sign and almost caused an accident. Windows were tinted so I couldn't tell if phone use was involved. Please take away their drivers license.

Black early 2000's Ford F250 pickup truck, contractor bed rack. No handicap placard, at Dunkin Donuts in Salem MA.

This car was used in an atttempted abduction of an adult female in Brooklyn , Ny. A gun was brandished during the attempt. The perpetrators are adult black males. Do not approach. Call the police if sighted.
