Unfortunately it doesn't end there. The individual with this plate has set up camp with his cohorts in Staten Island. They've engaged in various financial schemes including food stamp fraud and mortgage fraud. They're all bad news!

Has got to be the worst driver in NY. Drives recklessly through city traffic. Doesn’t watch for other drivers or pedestrians. This has been observed on NUMEROUS occasions! She needs to stop working in the XXX industry and learn how to drive!!
