This driver should be arrested for drinking and driving and not letting people pass. Driving so recklessly we could've crashed. He was around about 90 mph and driving without his headlights at 1 am. Whoever this guy is. He needs to be arrested.

Driver cut me off on my right, nearly causing me to hit a fuel tanker to avoid hitting him. When I honked at him in anger, he swerved around to taunt me. When he saw I was trying to take a picture of his license plate, he illegally got behind me, and aggressively followed me, causing me to avoid going home and trying to lose him down side streets.
A complete monster!
