This illegal taxi is a scam, he always changes the bills and charge you more for a ride.
If you give him a $100 bill he changes that to $1 dollar and tell you that you are wrong.
I am not sure if this illegal taxi still works but I have a issue in 2012 and find other reports on Google from 2013
When merging from Sprain to 287, some people are "too good" to wait in the line and prefer cutting others off, even if that means stopping inbetween the lanes and potentially causing an accident in either lane. The driver of FBF8678 did just that today and once I beeped at her, she added her personalized touch of "F*** YOU" several times. You are such a sad example to everyone on the road and to your family and I truly hope you don't kill someone with your selfish actions and road rage!
Caught this guy swerving through traffic on I 95 just north of Richmond VA. Pushed me right to the shoulder of the road to take the lane completely ignoring me blowing the horn because he was talking on his cell phone. Congratulations you have won biggest looser of the day!
