This man driving a black Honda CR-V with AWD, was involved in an almost disastrous bicycle accident at the corner of 3rd Ave and 80th St in Manhattan about 12:30 pm on Nov 7, 2015. I saw that the driver was looking at a device at the time it happened. He then double parked and chased after the bicyclist down 81st St with about three people (and myself) who witnessed the almost accident. When he returned to his vehicle he pushed at me on the sidewalk saying "get out of my way". I then started a video on my phone to capture his license plate. He emerged from his car and then almost attacked me until I yelled to the passersby to call 911. This man is a road rage horror to happen. Please look and listen to the short video.
When I looked up his license plate # it turns out there are a huge number of unpaid and paid traffic tickets. The highest frequency of tickets implies the car owner lives on W 71st St between Columbus and Amsterdam in Manhattan.

Hit and run on Route 6, in Yorktown NY right in front of Mobil on the run, next to Mohegan Lake motors. The car was a maroon metallic, 2003 Honda Accord. Driver was female, between 16-24, Black. Fled, ran two red lights and made an illegal left turn onto Lexington Ave. towards Route 202. 911 was called, and two troopers were on scene within seconds. Driver still at large.

I watched this woman serving back & forth on a city street in Syracuse ny. When I cold finally pass her, my daughter & I saw her reaching into the back seat to slap a little blond girl, over and over again.
She was hitting the child so much she was not paying attention to the road! She was changing back and fourth, and almost struck a guy crossing the street.
Watch out for this car!
