This guy is crazy he is driving in the shoulder going 100+ mph. My son in the backseat was scared, and asked me what was wrong with this guy!!! He is crazy.

This person drove up along side us in a one lane just to pass when oncoming cars were coming on the opposite side.

I saw the driver of this van, parked at 10th ave/w55th street in Manhattan. He throwed chicken food in two places in the sidewalk, then the pigeons came down in masses. Then this guy threw a NET over them and caught like a dozen of pigeons. I hope I am not mistaking the plate, but the guy was spanish, bold and around 5'F, and the minivan was dark green. He sped up north, crossed the red light on 10th and 56th and continued north on 10th. this was around 1:40 PM on Sep 2nd, 2016
