I was behind this guy on Clifford Avenue turning left onto St. Paul. He is a LITTERBUG! Before the light turned green, he tossed a Pepsi cup and a soda can out his passenger window.
If it had been safe to stop and pick them up I would have, but there wasn't any place to pull over without blocking traffic. I tried to say something to him but it didn't work.
I wish this were reportable. The city has enough issues without unnecessary pollution!

There was traffic in all 4 lanes. Cars in the front were waiting for the red light turn green. This fool will get wrecked one day.
