THIS MAN IS A THEIF AND A LIAR. HE PATROLS SHOPPING CENTERS IN SEARCH OF VULNERABLE VICTIMS. HE GOES UNDER THE GUISE OF A MECHANIC, TAKES YOUR CASH AND DISAPPEARS.
This person hit my car and took off leaving her plate behind by my front bumper. She did not report it or try to notify me of the accident. She knows where i live too. This vehicle is a 2005 mercury mountaineer color red.
