Always parks by the hydrant. Doubled parked because of alternate street parking , but leaves car there for a long time

This car has been parked at the World's Fair Marina - Pier 1 for 1-2 weeks now. Front tire suspension looks busted or in need of repair. If it was stolen, that's where they left it. If you are the owner, please move it.

Left lane goes left and straight, middle lane only goes straight, and right lane goes straight and right.
This driver cuts left from the middle lane.
The lady has Semper Fi stickers on her car but acts like she is the only one that matters.
