This guy uses his car as an illegal taxi from a base in the bronx called Newtown formely round town...I happened to use his car to get to my destination and as I enter his car all I can smell was marijuana and little weed bags in the car...now tell me what taxi service allows their illegal drivers to be under the influence with passengers lives smh
