On Marketplace Mall's "road", crossed double yellow line to pass me, had to be doing 40 (speed limit 15), ran stop sign to get to the W Hen exit, ignored red light and cut off oncoming traffic exiting onto W Henrietta Rd!

This guy was staking out my block on Sunday morning. Then he went up my block recording things on a mini fb recorder. He has blacked out windows. It's a fairly new white Nissan Altima. This is in addition to a black Lexus and Nissan Altima gray during the week. When I parked in his spot, he went away but kept circling the block to see if I left

This dude yelled at me with his window rolled down as I was pulling away from a stoplight and scared the living shit out of me. I was driving normally and did nothing to enrage him like that... Definitely some anger management issues there!!
