This white van is (or was) parked for several months, and never moved, with its passenger window open and a mattress in the rear, in the Pulaski Street municpal garage in Glen Cove, NY. It is on the lowest level, in the All Day parking near the entrance closest to Glen Street. It was reported to Glen Cove police and Code enforcement, and the driver's tire was chalked on 9/21/16. It was still there as of 11/21/16.

Oblivious driver. She ran a red light before being into hwy 217. Then followed too closely while going at speed on the icy hwy.
