Seen driving around a neighborhood in rural Olympia, WA for several hours, stopping at random houses (which were all dark and didn't have cars parked in driveways), didn't appear to have any business there, didn't stop to ask for directions, just rolled down the streets and sped up whenever they saw people.

Crazy guy driving. Cut me off on HWY 26 EB in the tunnel and then proceeded to cut other people off. Caught up to him on I5 NB at exit 306A where he proceeded to stop on the exit ramp and nearly cause an collision.

This guy was parked in a for sale lot at night, I tried to see if he needed help and he jumped in the car and chased me halfway home.

The silver van in the pic stole my backpack when i turned my back at a bus stop. They got out took my pack and speed off . I was waiting for the bus
