White male 6f plus medium to large build saved head eye brows face driving a tan to gold looking suv with chrome skull and crossbones license plate in front. Had The name Alexis on the back window with a soccer ball in BLACK AND WHITE CHECKER as well as a UK sticker on the window. The windows were tinted. Very suspicious. As soon as I seen him as he was recording me on his phone his eyes got big and he began to hide his face. I drove back around 5 times ALL TIMES HE MADE SURE TO HIDE HIS FACE. This is not the first time that I have had this same person follow me. I believe that he is involved with the child sex trafficking ring that is connected with Louisville, Shepherdsville, Bardstown, Bowling Green If there is any LEO'S that are not comprised it is a credible threat to public saftey. License plate is From LOUISVILLE, KENTUCKY PLEASE SHARE

Crazy guy driving. Cut me off on HWY 26 EB in the tunnel and then proceeded to cut other people off. Caught up to him on I5 NB at exit 306A where he proceeded to stop on the exit ramp and nearly cause an collision.

This guy was parked in a for sale lot at night, I tried to see if he needed help and he jumped in the car and chased me halfway home.

Seen driving around a neighborhood in rural Olympia, WA for several hours, stopping at random houses (which were all dark and didn't have cars parked in driveways), didn't appear to have any business there, didn't stop to ask for directions, just rolled down the streets and sped up whenever they saw people.
