tried to hit a 16 year old with this car and has chased the 16 year old 2 other times around town..the driver then went and cried to the police that the 16 year old was after him..

Govt Plate. Dark sedan, maybe black Mercedes. Rainy, more focused on my driving. Tualatin. EXUC [State Executive Branch?] using exit lane on I5 N past Nyberg before Bridgeport Mall as passing lane. EG got right, tried to cut me off, then tailgated.
