White Lexus RX 350 kept moving toward me at bottom of hill as I was crossing Salmon southbound in plain sight. Bad brakes or bad driver?
Happened on 10/12/20 around 9 p.m. at SW 20th Ave..& Salmon, Portland.

The driver of this BMW Z4 convertible was blasting his culture in everyone's ears at Portland's Hawthorne Fred Meyer on 8/29/20. I couldn't hear an important call I was on, and he circled the lot, parked and kept cranking it, looking for admirers. At least it was decent Earth, Wind & Fire vs. the rap garbage they usually force onto neighbors. I think he was emboldened by the riots.

This driver was so kind allowing people to exit driveways, signaling, courteous and cautious. Why can't all Oregon drivers drive like this guy!

This guy is tossing things out his window. I didn't think very much of what it might be that he was tossing. I thought it might be nut shells or something, until it hit my window before passing him on the left (passenger side), and something as hard as a pebble hit my windshield. I wasn't to surprised to find out that he gets off on messing with others according to the other complaints. But, I was surprised that he is actually a LIFT driver. I used to be a Courier in Southern California. I never lost my shirt, but I have become a better driver.

Dark Toyota Camry was parked, blocking the northbound third of SW 102nd Ave in Beaverton, near a known druggie house. This was on 10/31/20 around 8 PM. Photo is a simulation and it was fully dark at the time.
