Possibly a PI or a stalker. Seen this guy several times today in multiple different parking lots staring at my family while we leave our car to go shop. Finally once I caught him staring at me he jumped in his car and took off.... too weird to be coincidental...
Vehicle is a late model, Ford Edge. Color is Silver.

Observed this vehicle doing 95-100 mph drafting behind another vehicle this morning at 9:22 am. I-84 Westbound, mile marker 39 (just prior to vehicle exiting on Garrity in Nampa).

This jerkoff feels it is within his authority to drive 10-15mpH under speed limit then accelerate when someone attempts to pass creating more hazardous condition. Then, to top off slams on brakes when pull behind. F'n asshole...
