Late model Porsche Cayenne Turbo. (Apologies for pixelated photo). We were headed north bound on 405 on the express lanes and the driver was driving aggressively, tailgating, and cutting people off to get a car length ahead. We ended up taking the same exit and I passed him turning right while he waited to turn left - I got a good laugh. Thanks for the entertainment, Mister Small Penis :)

Watched this a couple times before I finally saw what really happened. I thought they backing out of a driveway on the right, but it shows they were attempting a 3 point turn... but seems to just sit there forever until I locked up the brakes and whips around up on the sidewalk as if they were trying to get me to rear-end them. The tail light and head light from the side were very faint and lined up perfectly with traffic on the left and a waiting car on the right. I first see him when the glimmer of my headlight reflects off the front wheel (9 seconds) and you hear the skid begin about a quarter second later. Being blinded by high-beams a just before didn't help matters either.

caught this guy stealing mail out of mine and several neighbors mailboxes at 2:30am the police did nothing, i wish i could find out where he lives. i would take them down
