On 8/23/2016 around 4:56 pm on Eastbound Washington State Highway 18 near Auburn, Washington the Lady Driver of this Gray Toyota Corolla was driving in the left lane without merging right while impeding the flow of traffic in violation of RCW 46.61.100 Keep Right Except To Pass.
This driver had ample amount of time to merge to the right after traffic cleared to the right. This is causing a TRAFFIC BACKUP on Highway 18.

The woman driving this small crossover tailgater me for driving 55 mph. She was so clos that I couldn't see her headlights and my kids were terrified. When I turned off the road she swerved in and out of the lane. Drunk? Not sure, but dangerous and reckless no doubt!

cut me off several times from the right and left (turn lane) proceeding to slam on his brakes in order for me to hit him from behind.
fortunately no one was hurt, and kids werent in the car. this man is dangerous

This guy is sick. He almost hit a car that changed lanes and moved to his lane. This car had enough time and space to slow down. But he chose to make a right right before hitting the car. And then he cut right into that car. No signal whatsoever.

This person is accused of defacing street art (including the legit art placed on the boxes under the Tacoma Mural Program) for "religious purposes" and needs to come forward. There are underage children involved in his vandalism.
