On 5/22/2016 at 12:38 pm in the Port Orchard, Washington Walmart Parking Lot near the south end entrance of the cross walk the driver of this Red Toyota Camry without looking pulled out without even looking to see if anyone was there.

Sandy Blvd ends at 205 exit
In Portland. We had been waiting for 30 minutes to get on freeway. This dbag was it the other lane that turned right and literally shoved himself in front of me, while blocking his lane.

Cut me off. Then proceeded to go into reverse 3 times to hit my car. When I finally got away he got in front of me, slammed on his brakes, and tried to get my car to hit him. Was on the phone with the police and they said they could do nothing. My son was crying in the back, saying he was scared. My son is only four.

Partying in the car, 2 pm, open jug of vodka being drunk directly out of the jug in the back seat, driving out of the parking lot of the gas station.
