On 5/4/2016 at around 6:15 am on the entrance ramp to Northbound Interstate 5 from Washington State Highway 16.
The driver of this vehicle was riding the lane until it dead ends and was trying to shove their way in at the last minute only to cause the very traffic jam they were trying to avoid.
If this driver read the Washington Drivers Guide it clearly says
"Do not ride a lane until it dead ends doing so could cause a collision."

On 5/3/2016 at around 2:57 pm on Westbound Washington State Highway 16 at around milepost 14 until milepost 22 just after passing a WSP at Traffic Stop was traveling in the Left Lane without passing anyone while delaying 5 or more Vehicles.

On 5/3/2016 at around 3:15 pm at the intersection of Bethel Rd SE and Sedgwick Rd SE (SR-160).
The driver of this vehicle sat at the traffic light as it turned green. The moves forward 5 feet and STOPPED in the middle of the intersection. Then started again.

This lady pulled out in front of me on pines rd heading north at mission and proceeded to go more than 5 mph below the speed limit. I am assuming it was intentional because she flipped me off when I passed her. Pretty dangerous to pull out in front of moving traffic and not even attempt to go the speed limit. Lots of cars were lining up behind her and she didn't care about anything except me going around her. Me going the speed limit seemed to really make her mad.

On 5/3/2016 at around 6:37 am on Eastbound Washington State Highway 16 at around the 18 mile marker to the 17 mile marker was tailgating.
At around 6:40 am at 16 mile marker this driver was tailgating others. While applying their brakes several times.
At around 6:46 am at around the 10 mile marker this driver took off in the HOV Lane but I have reason to believe this was a single car driver because an unmarked Patrol Car entered the lane and this driver quickly left the lane.
