Cut me off on freeway, slowed way down, when I attempted to pass he sped up. When I got back in the left lane behind him, he slowed down to 8 under speed limit. I passed when available, he followed me for 4 miles, then flipped me off when he finally passed me.

This guy honked at me from behind when I slowed and stopped at a yellow light that turned red just after I stopped. I looked in my mirror and he was waving his hands in frustration at me.
After the light changed, we both went down the street and when I turned off a mile later, he honked at me again.
I don't know what his problem was.

On 6/26/2016 at 10:39 pm on Northbound SR-167 just before the 212th Street Exit in a construction zone the driver of this vehicle was either on Facebook or texting while driving.

Black Chevrolet Traverse LS AWY2825, seen in Seattle, WA. First this guy goes straight through the intersection in the left turn lane and almost hits someone. Then he gets obnoxious and waits at the next intersection to turn left and lets the light turn red twice before finally turning.
