This crazy lady!! She's an old asian lady, yelling and hands waving on the cell phone, trying to drive her mercedes. Cutting people off, slamming on brakes at the last second, no blinkers. She has no business driving at all.

On 5/5/2016 at around 5:59 pm on the entrance ramp to Northbound Interstate 5 from Washington State Highway 16.
The driver of this vehicle was riding the lane until it dead ends and was trying to shove their way in at the last minute only to cause the very traffic jam they were trying to avoid.
If this driver read the Washington Drivers Guide it clearly says
"Do not ride a lane until it dead ends doing so could cause a collision."

If anyone sees this car it would be really helpful. My stuff was inside the trunk and it was sold at an auction and I just want the stuff back that was inside.

On 5/6/2016 at around 10:39 am on Bethel Rd SE approaching Sedgwick Road (SR-160).
The Driver of this vehicle had their left turn signal almost as to turn left to go east but then switched to turn Right and went West.
At around 10:41 am this driver looked as to turn left to go east on SR-16 but instead went straight on Sedgwick Rd.
On 5/6/2016 at around 10:39 am on Bethel Rd SE approaching Sedgwick Road (SR-160).

At around 10:41 am this driver looked as to turn left to go east on SR-16 but instead went straight on Sedgwick Rd.
On 5/12/2016 at 10:21 am on Westbound I-90 Exit 10 onto Southbound I-405 the Driver of this vehicle was SLOWING DOWN on the straightaway Just before merging onto the freeway causing other drivers to pass on the right just before merging. Then break checked with no one immediately in front the vehicle.
For a few miles this driver was blocking traffic all the way down until I-405 Exit 5.
