I think this plate is on a stolen car. The car is parked at the Kenmore Park and Ride in Kenmore, Washington. The car has been parked in its spot for months.

On 5/24/2016 at 3:11 pm on Eastbound Washington State Highway 16 onto Southbound I-5.
I don't think the driver of this Dodge Journey realized their plates expired in January 2016

This 2003 Toyota sequoia, AHX7796, hit & run 5/17/2016 @ Frisko Freeze, in Tacoma. Several witnesses, and one got the license plate. The driver provided expired insurance and once I said we need to call the police he had the passenger slide into the driver's seat, he jumped in the passenger seat and then sped off. The name on the expired insurance is Steve McMains. If you have info on this vehicle please call Tacoma Police.

This guy was making obscene gestures to all drivers he encountered even a bus load of school children. Think it may have been a church bus. Looks like a very radical dangerous individual. Very angry middle aged looking white male with a beard.

Young woman not only on her cellphone, but applying makeup and running red lights and stop lights through the city, in the nighttime rain. I applaud her multi-tasking and her eagerness to put everyone around her at risk.

On 5/15/2016 @2:55pm, this driver was on I84 west bound and swerved in/out of traffic lanes and cut in front of other people. She drove like a jerk. So, when was waiting at the traffic signal on 42nd exit, I drove by and looked at her, she immediately pulled out of the left turn lane and try to follow me on the right hand lane. She threw something at my car when drove by. I have a driver behind us saw the whole incident and stopped to give me his name and phone number. I called Portland Police to get their advice, and I am going to file an incident report.

If this is your neighbor, suggest that they get help to deal with either with their road rage, their driving, or possibly for their children, because those poor kids will either have a parent in jail , in a hospital, or worse. I called WA State Patrol after following more aggressive driving on the freeway.
