On 5/12/2016 at 10:21 am on Westbound I-90 Exit 10 onto Southbound I-405 the Driver of this vehicle was SLOWING DOWN on the straightaway Just before merging onto the freeway causing other drivers to pass on the right just before merging. Then break checked with no one immediately in front the vehicle.
For a few miles this driver was blocking traffic all the way down until I-405 Exit 5.

Getting on the NB 405 express lane entrance at 128th and this gem changes lanes right into me as I'm trying to merge onto the freeway. Meanwhile he changes lanes a couple times and ends up behind me after nearly side swiping me. He then is behind me flipping me off and taking my picture. Meanwhile the express lane is moving about as fast as the other lanes (20 mph or less). When the next lane over is going faster he changes lanes (over the double lines) and then pulls right in front of me... continuing to flip me off and flail his arms. We come to a stop in traffic and he leans his head out and starts yelling at me. The big truck behind me is honking... The. We start going again, but he decides the express lane is going too fast and starts going the slow speed of the other lanes (a Canadian road block, if you will). When we get to an express lane entrance, he speeds up so no one can pass him and then slows back down. What a complete jackass.... people pay a toll to take the express lanes and he slows it down so it's barely a benefit to be in the lane anyway. Meanwhile, he doesn't even have a flex pass on his windshield.... makes me think his car wasn't even registered so he wouldn't be getting a bull in the mail anyway.
What gets me about the whole thing is that he thought I was somehow at fault... cause I was trying to merge onto the freeway in traffic. I found an opening and started moving into it.... only to see this asshole jump right in from the other side.

This chick is fucking crazy!! She obviously thinks her stupid old Honda is some kind of race car with the way she drives. She has so much crap plastered to her windows, and she has a kid in the car! Asian women drivers are the worse and this crazy chick really proves it!! On 5/5/2016 at around 5:59 pm on the entrance ramp to Northbound Interstate 5 from Washington State Highway 16.
The driver of this vehicle was riding the lane until it dead ends and was trying to shove their way in at the last minute only to cause the very traffic jam they were trying to avoid.
If this driver read the Washington Drivers Guide it clearly says
"Do not ride a lane until it dead ends doing so could cause a collision."
On 5/5/2016 at around 5:59 pm on the entrance ramp to Northbound Interstate 5 from Washington State Highway 16.

This @$$hole was not only in the carpool lane in Issaquah on I-90 by himself, he later then cut me off deliberately then brake checked me when I honked at him. When I followed him and confronted him, he acted like he did nothing wrong. What an asshole...

Red junky looking red dump truck. Loaded at least two feet over the top with what appeared to be aluminum cans. 101 from Shelton to Hoodsport. Tailgating so close I couldnt see his bumper. Tried to get him to back off by using my emergency flashers he just got closer. Cars in front of me so I couldnt go faster and we was doing the speed limit. When I finally turned off in Hoodsport he did the same thing to the next car.
