Late model black Ford SUV. Might be private security or government or undercover cop or even military. I've seen others from time to time with almost identical license plate numbers, always black late model Ford SUVs, and all operated by large, string, well built (athletic) men (police officer or military physique). Occasionally park in our apartment parking lot, filling out paperwork. Sometimes they pick up or drop off residents of Arab looking descent. Would appreciate more information on who they are. Thanks.

This driver drove very fast on highway even if he has a "baby on board" sign on the back window. The speed was about 80 mph. He kept passing the cars in the front, then he showed "f" with his finger afterwards. Very rude!
