I've never seen someone ride so close to someone's tail! Especially on the freeway, he also cut me off, if I didn't hit my brakes he would have hit the front of my car!

Cut me off leading up to a busy intersection, and when I honked at him, slammed on his brakes attempting to take a hit from my car. After I slammed on my own brakes, he did not move, IN THE BUSIEST STREET IN SPOKANE (Division). He then flipped me off and continued to wait in the middle of the road while cars flew past and swerved all around us. Finally, he peeled out and ran a red light so that I would not follow him.
