Late model black Ford SUV. Might be private security or government or undercover cop or even military. I've seen others from time to time with almost identical license plate numbers, always black late model Ford SUVs, and all operated by large, string, well built (athletic) men (police officer or military physique). Occasionally park in our apartment parking lot, filling out paperwork. Sometimes they pick up or drop off residents of Arab looking descent. Would appreciate more information on who they are. Thanks.

Cut me off leading up to a busy intersection, and when I honked at him, slammed on his brakes attempting to take a hit from my car. After I slammed on my own brakes, he did not move, IN THE BUSIEST STREET IN SPOKANE (Division). He then flipped me off and continued to wait in the middle of the road while cars flew past and swerved all around us. Finally, he peeled out and ran a red light so that I would not follow him.

Driver tried to siphon gas out of my vehicle. I caught him in the act and he drove off quickly.

Was waiting for a bus and flew right past me in single lane of traffic. Then cut thru a lot to catch his street
