White Tesla Sedan, made an illegal u-turn across double yellow lines without using any turn signals on Highway 67 between Poway and Ramona, California. Later, in Poway, they moved to the left lane of the 3 lane road Poway Road, then pulled a double lane change 30 feet from the intersection to jump to the right turn lane, once again without any turn signals. This just happened 10 minutes ago.
