This driver was in control the whole time I was behind them on the highway and was going the speed limit. The driver also slowed down around schools and parks.

I saw this car driving and waves to me and when I got out of car and dropped my wallet they picked it up and gave it to me I think that they are one of the nicest person I ever met I appreciate them

Insane driver, no respect for the road. Loud car, revs it with little to no regard for anyone. Speeds through red lights.
