I've had several encounters with this person. It's turns out it's a she, older women with an accent. Lives in Chelsea cove off Beekman rd off taconic. Yesterday I caught her on video cutting me off. She literally passed a car on the right shoulder as she got on the taconic to get in front of me. She is going to kill or hurt someone if she hasn't already I'd be surprised. She used to drive a Hyundai santefe now it a new green Subaru Impreza wagon.

This guy was a very erratic driver. He rode up behind us, flashed his high beams, then passed us and immediately slammed on his brakes. We ended up next to him at a light and he was yelling nasty word out his window with a small child in the car. Great role model!!

Driver hit me inside of a mall strip. Rudely said "I no see you". When he saw me taking pictures of the license plate he yelled "sorry!" And drove away
