NYS GZR 1909. New plate color. Dark blue late model BMW 535. Aggressive driver. Follows too closely. Cuts people off. Forces his way in. Drives too fast for the amount of congestion. Changes lanes incessantly and without warning, and without the space to safely do so.

On Marketplace Mall's "road", crossed double yellow line to pass me, had to be doing 40 (speed limit 15), ran stop sign to get to the W Hen exit, ignored red light and cut off oncoming traffic exiting onto W Henrietta Rd!

This guy was staking out my block on Sunday morning. Then he went up my block recording things on a mini fb recorder. He has blacked out windows. It's a fairly new white Nissan Altima. This is in addition to a black Lexus and Nissan Altima gray during the week. When I parked in his spot, he went away but kept circling the block to see if I left
