This fecal matter person was third at a red light. As soon as light turned he, he has honking his horn. Apparently we were not quick enough to react to light turning green, he passed in opposite side of street to get in front of us. Tried to run two of us off the road. He must have been cursing up s storm because as we all continued down the same road, he had to stop at all the red lights, not letting him get very far. CARMA

Cut me off on the 190, then swerved to try to run me off the road and then short stopped when I caught up to him to get his license number. Here's a picture of him putting his brakes on when I caught up to him to get his tag number.
