This jerkin cut across the Henry Hudson Parkway and ran a red light just to cut me off. The male driver then started flipping everyone off in the intersection

This guy has a disabled tag in his car. Like to tailgate/cut you off at stop signs and speeds in residential streets. Notified the police.
