First, pulled out into traffic from a stop w/o looking, forcing me into left lane. Then came up on my left and tried to force me into parked cars. Blocked me twice from getting back into traffic. Pointed to his ears motioning he could not hear me. Menace to society.

Careless driver obstructing sidewalk in Watertown, NY despite ample room for on-street parking. Or: Silly car, sidewalks are for people. Sad!

This guy decided to make a 5 point u turn in the middle of traffic- He didn't notice me riding my bike and when he saw me ride past him, began to honk his horn furiously at me and threaten to run me over as he was turning the wheel, not paying attention to those behind or in front of him. He was completely oblivious and dangerous.
