This lady drove in front of me and slow down and did a right turn signal and when I tried to pass her to the right she drove up. Major issue. When she drove in front of me she stopped and had her right signal on and I kept honking her because she wouldn’t go and also held traffic.

Reckless Driver! Beware of the driver of this Gray Hyundai Sonata (7HBE705). This driver made a lane change while turning from Doolittle onto Davis in San Leandro, CA, and then sped and tailgated.
