This driver was going 5 mph down east liberty boulevard trying to intentionally wreck a government vehicle. This car kept coming to a complete stop and intentionally trying to wreck the other vehicle. Please be aware of this person because they have no care or concern for you or your safety.

Old lady screamed at me, for parking in the handicapped parking area while I was taking my 4 year old handicapped son out of the car, great spirit lady and teaching a kid how to be rude and a jerk
