Can't seem to maintain a safe distance between them and the driver in front of them, constantly crosses the lines, and speeds excessively. Could not perform a simple right turn worth a darn.
Also almost hit a semi truck head on trying to get close and pass the car in front of them.

BMW (black) Liscense Plate 6XSW297 is a total Ass of a driver. He tried to run a senior citizen bus over and right after he tried to cut infront of a semi! Wth! Really.
