Drove on Route 50 west from Chantilly. Hugged white line, below speed limit. 6 car lengths behind car in front of them. Not sure what their situation was but no one got in front of them!

This woman proceeded to try and cut me off in the Staples Parking Lot in Kearny Mesa. She was not successful, however she then decided to try and pass me ON THE RIGHT in the bike lane as I was also making a right turn. Again she was unsuccessful. As I turned right on to Balboa and crossed the traffic to make a left hand turn she sped up to cut me off and get in front of me when there was literally barely enough room for her to squeeze in. At this point I honked and she seemed oblivious. As we turned left she proceeded to speed past all traffic and turn right into the SDGE Complex - Absolutely oblivious to her poor driving skills - So I am putting her on blast!

cut in line at the costco gas lines. When I approached him about it he denied doing it, but he knew he had cut in line because he was visibly shaking and couldn't get the pump spout into his his car. but he wouldn't apologize or look me in the eye
